Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, because each arrangement is made with care and designed around fresh seasonal availability, we do not offer same-day delivery at this time. We recommend placing your order in advance whenever possible.

Do you offer pickup?
No. Hillsdale Buds is delivery-only.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
You are welcome to share color preferences, occasion details, and any flowers you love. Specific flowers may be accommodated when seasonally available, but all arrangements are designer’s choice.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Not exactly. Photos are meant to show the overall style, size, and feeling of our work. Flower varieties may vary based on freshness, seasonality, and availability.
What does designer’s choice mean?
Designer’s choice means Hillsdale Buds selects the freshest available flowers and designs your arrangement based on your chosen size, occasion, and any notes you provide.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. You may include a card message with your order.
What happens if no one is home for delivery?
If no one is home, the arrangement may be left at the front door and a text message will be sent. If the weather is not ideal, such as extreme heat or cold, we will call before leaving the flowers.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Hillsdale Buds offers floral subscriptions for homes, offices, and recurring gifting. Please inquire for availability and details.
Do you offer flowers for weddings or events?
Hillsdale Buds can support intimate events and special occasions, including dinners, showers, birthdays, corporate moments, and small celebrations. Please inquire with your date, location, color preferences, and budget.
How far in advance should I place an order?
For everyday arrangements, we recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure availability. For custom flowers, subscriptions, and events, more notice is always helpful.
How should I care for my flowers?
To help your flowers last as long as possible, place your arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. Refresh the water daily when possible, remove any fading stems or leaves, and keep flowers away from ripening fruit.
Do you offer anything beyond flowers?
