Welcome to Hillsdale Buds. By using our website, placing an order, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Products and Availability

All floral arrangements are designer’s choice and created using fresh flowers available at the time of design. Because flowers are seasonal and perishable, specific varieties, colors, and materials may vary.

Product photos are provided as examples of style, size, and overall feeling. Exact replication is not guaranteed.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability. Hillsdale Buds reserves the right to adjust, decline, or cancel an order if the requested date, delivery area, product, or floral materials are unavailable.

Delivery

Hillsdale Buds is a delivery-only floral studio. We do not currently offer pickup.

Delivery is available in Hillsdale, New Jersey and select nearby Bergen County communities. Delivery timing may vary based on order volume, weather, address, and other local conditions.

Same-Day Delivery

Hillsdale Buds does not currently offer same-day delivery. Orders should be placed in advance whenever possible.

Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not home, flowers may be left at the front door and a text message may be sent. If weather conditions are not suitable, Hillsdale Buds may contact the recipient before completing delivery.

Substitutions

Hillsdale Buds reserves the right to make floral substitutions based on freshness, seasonality, quality, and availability. Any substitutions will be made with care and in keeping with the overall style and value of the arrangement.

Cancellations and Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Because flowers are perishable and orders may be prepared in advance, changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

Custom Orders and Events

Custom flowers, event florals, subscriptions, and special requests are subject to availability, scope, timing, and minimums. Additional terms may apply to larger or recurring orders.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used toward eligible Hillsdale Buds purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

All website content, including copy, images, branding, and design elements, may not be copied or used without permission.
